COSMIC CONNECTIONS Observing Sessions
2008 Observing Schedule

Our observing sessions are held during two seven day windows each month at Palgrave Conservation Area . Referencing the table below, the shaded areas represent these seven day windows. Observing takes place on the first clear night without high winds only within the shaded areas.

To confirm whether a decision has been made to go, please call our Observing Hotline two hours before sunset at (416) 787-4581 and press #6, check our www.telescopes.ca home page and look for "OBSERVING TODAY" in the "Cosmic Connections" window or email us at observing@telescopes.ca if you would like to receive a reminder email that a window is coming up and we'll add you to the notification list.

Celebrate with us International Astronomy Day on Saturday, May 10th where we'll have on sale new and used Telescopes, Binoculars and Accessories as well as 10% off all Books, Posters and T-Shirts.

Look for the dates of the very enjoyable StarFest, an annual Star Party organized by the North York Astronomical Association (NYAA). This is Ontario’s largest and best-attended astronomy outing. EfstonScience attends and exhibits at this event and distributes information and registration pamphlets in the store a few months prior to the event.
